YOGA OUTDOORS IN THE MOUNTAINS OF THE ALGARVE
Join us on our outdoors yoga platform which sets the perfect backdrop for your yoga journey. You will be transfixed by the views and the morning chorus from our resident frogs and birds!
Each class is carefully planned to be mixed ability, ensuring that every practitioner can participate fully. Additionally, Chantal and Gareth are dedicated to adapting and modifying the practice to suit your individual needs and preferences.

EXPLORING THE SURROUNDING AREA
You can look forward to delving into the beauty of the natural landscape and absorbing the tranquility of the outdoors on lovely walks to Monchique, our local village, or simply exploring the surrounding locality.
If you’re an early riser and runner you are more than welcome to join Chantal on her pre-yoga class run. Expect a slow gentle pace with all those hills!
VISIT TO BURGAU FISHING VILLAGE
On one of our days we will take a trip to the picturesque fishing village of Burgau. Here, you can wander through the charming cobbled streets, immersing yourself in the local culture and soaking in the seaside ambiance. If you're feeling adventurous, a refreshing dip in the sea might be the perfect way to rejuvenate! We’ll stop her for lunch at one of the little cafes or the restaurant on the beach.
WINE TASTING
There’ll be a longer yoga practice this morning as we’ll skip yoga in the evening so that we can enjoy the delights of a special wine tasting at a local family run vineyard! Nestled amongst the vines on the mountains close by we’ll enjoy a few lazy hours sipping wine and nibbling on some local produce that will complement the wine perfectly!
THE FOOD
Our exclusive chef will delight you with a variety of delicious plant based meals, with the option to enjoy fish on three evenings. Each day, after our yoga session, we will gather as a group to relish in wholesome breakfasts, flavourful lunches, and satisfying dinners. You can also look forward to the day that we go to Burgau where we will stay for lunch :-)
TRAVEL
We will be flying into Faro from the UK. Please ensure that you are either on the same flight as us or you flight arrives/departs around the same time. Flight details will be published once the flights have been released by EasyJet.
THE COSTS PER PERSON - £50 early bird discount if deposit is paid by August 1st 2025
All rooms have a balcony and are spacious and ensuite. Fully equipped with towels, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash and body lotion.

We’ll send you the booking form (please read thoroughly for full terms and conditions and for what’s included and not) and health questionnaire, both of which we will need returning along with a non-refundable deposit of £325 to secure your place.
If you are transferring payment from a non UK based account there will be an additional £25 charge.
N.B. we strongly recommend that you take some kind of holiday insurance that would cover you if you had to cancel after placing your deposit.
THE LOW DOWN
THE COST OF THE WEEK INCLUDES:
Mixed ability yoga classes on 6 mornings and 5 evenings.
7 nights accommodation in a lovely spacious room with a balcony and a great view!
All meals from dinner on the first night to breakfast on the last day (apart from lunch when we go out).
Full use of the facilities and yoga gear.
Wine tasting and light tapas at a local family run vineyard.
Trip to the gorgeous little seaside fishing village of Burgau.
All transfers including from/to Faro Airport as long as your flights coincides with ours.
